I read that in the Bible when I was 10 Years old and said to God, please give me wisdom, I will listen. 25 years later I realised I hadn’t listened
It’s ok, it takes time to be ready to hear it, but once you do here, you are in awe of the beauty in its simplicity, and you want to cry and dance.
Your excitement can hardly be contained as you eagerly share this new found wisdom with everyone you know, but something is missed. Your sincere wise words are trodden on and dismissed.
In fact people start to see you as weak.. you don’t feel very wise at all.. you pull back and assess the situation, seek the truth, the Bible offers an answer, you have thrown your wisdom to fools and pigs,.
Acknowledging the merits of the wisdom in the Bible, you further explore the situation and realise that why the Bible says to only share your wisdom with other wise people is because just like you not too long ago, they non wise people simply can’t hear it.
The gift of wisdom is for you personally. Cherish it like so.
